Steiff EAN 036491 60cm Fully Jointed, L/E Alpaca "Moon Ted" Classic Teddy Bear. This captivating piece is a Limited Edition of only 1,500 Worldwide, and comes boxed with his own numbered certificate. "Moon Ted" is made from the most gorgeously tactile, highest quality, dark brown alpaca, which is just so dense, rich and luxurious to the touch. He has coordinating felted wool paw pads. His muzzle and moon crest shape on his chest are in a warm cream shade. He has large twinkling black eyes, which give a warm expression. An upside down pentagon is the shape of his lovingly stitched black nose and mouth. Airbrush detail has been applied to bring enhancement and depth to his facial features, creating charm and character. A magnificent example of what the artisans at Steiff can do. He comes with Steiffs trademark gold-plated "button in the ear" with white tag and red print, surface washable. This collectors item is not a toy as defined in the European directive (2009/48/EC) on toy safety.
