Well the day is here. tomorrow we’ll sign our papers and finally own our very house. yay, sorry I’ve been quiet lately, I’ve been wrapped up in house stuff…and just a little bit lazy about it. I’ll do my best to get back on track soon.

Congrats, Steve!!! What a wonderful thing, especially this time of year.
My wife and I are closing on our own refi this week, so we’ll be going through the same painful paperwork as you guys. Feel the empathy.
